Inter Poker Review

2.5

Rating

InterPoker is another online poker room associated with an established sportsbook. Of course, this means that the games are very good. The only problem is, the software is buggy and seems to get hung-up from time to time. We also experienced a lack of customer support from InterPoker that makes for a low rating on our scale of 1 to 5 stars.

(Note: This poker room does not allow U.S. players)

Customer Service and Support

The service and support at InterPoker was lacking. In one instance, it took a full 36 ours to receive a response to a simple game-related question, and the reply we received was nothing more than a form letter. We were not impressed, and we would rate InterPoker’s customer service department as one of the least satisfying.

Because it is connected to a sports book (as well as an optional download of their casino), the games are very profitable and full of gamblers. The problem is simply ignoring the ragged software and lack of good customer support.

Player Loyalty Program

InterPoker.com uses a reward system with "My Poker Points" or MPPs. MPPs are earned in raked real-money games in increments of .25 MPP. They are also earned for every dollar spent on tournament buy-ins.

If at least 8,000 MPPs are earned in a calendar month, a player will be invited to join the Platinum Club, which is an exclusive club offering faster deposits, more bonuses, quicker payouts, exclusive freeroll tournaments and more.

MPPs are currently used to work off deposit bonuses and to earn entries into freeroll events or larger tournaments.

More About Inter Poker

Poker Software

The software at InterPoker, although easy to use, seems quite flimsy at times. The feeling of solid and stable software just isn’t there. We experienced frequent freeze-ups during play and several disconnects (which were resolved quickly, but did seem to hinder the play somewhat.

The lobby is intuitive (as is the game play software) and simple to navigate, although the refresh rates for the lobby were slow.

Overall, we were not too impressed by the software at InterPoker, but the game play by a bevy of sports bettors made up for that in many ways.

Games and Limits

InterPoker offers games with limits ranging from $.15/$.30 no-limit, pot-limit and limit games up to $25/$50 no-limit and $150/$300 limit games

InterPoker offers Hold'em (limit, no-limit and pot-limit), Omaha and Omaha/8 (limit and pot-limit), and 7-Card Stud (both hi and hi-low). They also offer heads-up cash game tables, which we found to be very profitable.

For tournament players, InterPoker offers a variety of sit-n-go tournaments from 2-10 players, as well as regularly scheduled multi-table tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $1 to $5,000.

InterPoker also offers a full selection of free play money games.
